Ethereum is suddenly getting difficult to ignore.

After months of lagging, ETH is back above $2,600 and has climbed to No. 2 on Stocktwits' digital-asset trending list.

At the same time, one of the market's biggest bullish chart signals has just appeared.

The timing is interesting. Fundstrat's Tom Lee recently called Ethereum "vastly, vastly undervalued" and said $6,000 by year-end could be conservative if Bitcoin reaches $150,000. His case centers on tokenization, AI agents and Wall Street moving more financial activity onto Ethereum.

Now price is beginning to move in the same direction as that bullish thesis.

So is the market finally waking up to ETH?

Ethereum Price Prediction: Can ETH Break $4,000?

ETH is trading around $2,600 after a roughly 6.8% daily jump and is pressing against the upper side of the rising channel that has guided price higher since February.

More importantly, the 50-day moving average has crossed above the 200-day moving average near $2,050, forming a Golden Cross.

That signal is widely watched because it can mark a shift from a bearish market, to one that is becoming increasingly bullish.

Momentum is strong too. RSI is near 68, showing buyers are firmly in control, although ETH is getting close to the 70 level where markets can become temporarily overheated.

If $2,500 holds as support, the first test is the top of the channel around $2,700.

Above that, the major levels on the chart are $4,000 and then the old record area near $5,000.

A loss of $2,500 would weaken the setup and bring $1,800 back into focus. But while ETH holds the breakout, the chart is starting to look much less like a recovery bounce and much more like the early stages of a larger move.

As always, we'll be keeping you informed right here at Future Finance.
