Tan Gera, CFA — Co-Founder
Tan holds a CFA charter and a Master of Science in Management (Finance) from IÉSEG School of Management in France.
He built his early career in investment banking and private equity across Paris, Amsterdam, and New York before relocating to Dubai to focus full-time on decentralized finance.
His work at Future Finance centers on the macro frameworks that connect crypto markets to the broader global economy. He is a contributor to Nasdaq.com and has been profiled in Business Insider.
Tan developed the ABN framework that underpins the newsletter's editorial approach: a system for thinking about portfolio structure, capital flows, and market access that holds up across market conditions rather than depending on a single outcome.
Salim Elhila — Co-Founder
Salim is a mathematical engineer with a specialization in statistics, data modeling, and artificial intelligence from INSA Toulouse, one of France's top engineering schools.
Before co-founding Decentralized Masters, he built and scaled multiple businesses across e-commerce and online education, including ventures serving hundreds of thousands of customers across French-speaking and global markets.
His background in numerical precision and pattern recognition drives the company's approach to identifying structural shifts and high-value developments in the DeFi landscape. He has been profiled in Business Insider and Authority Magazine.

The Research Team
Behind every issue of Future Finance is a full research and editorial team: analysts tracking on-chain data and market structure, educators translating complexity into clarity, and editors ensuring every sentence earns its place. The newsletter reflects a collective effort, not a solo voice.
