Dylan Jovine has spent nearly three decades on Wall Street. At 24 he founded the brokerage and investment bank Lexington Capital Partners, one of the youngest people to take a firm through the NASD's year-long membership review; by the time he sold his stake in 2000, it made markets in more than 100 securities.
In 2004 he founded Tycoon Publishing to bring individual investors the kind of independent, conflict-free research that usually stays inside institutions. It grew to more than 500,000 readers across 28 countries before he sold it to Agora in 2011.
Today he writes Behind the Markets, an independent research letter built on a single idea he's chased his whole career: give the individual investor the same quality of analysis the big money keeps for itself.
