Future Finance Loan Corporation Limited Nido Student Accommodation Voucher Terms & Conditions
Future Finance Loan Corporation Limited of 4th Floor, One Bedford Street, London, WC2E 9HG (“Future Finance” or “we”) is the promoter running this offer.
Future Finance will be offering students who reside at Nido’s student accommodation and who take out a loan from Future Finance on or before 31 December 2019 with a £50 Amazon e-gift card (“Voucher”).
The Voucher will be operated in accordance with these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to avail of the Voucher, you must:
- be 18 years or older;
- enter into a loan agreement with Future Finance on or before 31 December 2019 (“Loan”);
- be a resident of Nido’s student accommodation within the UK (“Nido Student”) at the time the Loan is approved by Future Finance and verify this by providing us with proof of residence from Nido by email to email@example.com;
- avail of the Voucher on or before 31 December 2019;
- not be an employee of Future Finance, a family member of an employee of Future Finance, an agent or any third party directly associated with Future Finance or with the administration of the Voucher; and
2. Issuing the Voucher
A Nido Student will be required to satisfy the eligibility criteria above for the duration of the application process for a Future Finance loan to avail of the Voucher offer. If, in its sole discretion, Future Finance determines that the Nido Student has satisfied such criteria, the Nido Student will be issued with the Voucher once their loan agreement is executed.
During the Loan application process, to indicate their status as a Nido Student and their eligibility for the Voucher offer the Nido Student should choose the option “Nido Student” from the drop down bar when asked “How did you hear about us?”.
A Nido Student will be required to provide Future Finance with proof of residence at Nido’s student accommodation. A proof of residence letter from Nido must confirm that the Nido Student is resident at Nido’s student accommodation, include the address of the Nido Student and be signed and dated by a Nido employee (“Letter”). A copy of the Letter should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the Future Finance Loan is entered into on or prior to 31 December 2019 and Future Finance confirms that the Nido Student has satisfied all of the eligibility criteria noted above, Future Finance will issue the Nido Student with the Voucher. The Voucher will be delivered electronically by email to the Nido Student within 30 days of the Loan being executed.
Each Nido Student may only receive one Voucher.
The Voucher is not transferrable or assignable and has no cash redemption value.
3. Further Conditions
(i) Right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend
Future Finance reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Voucher in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Voucher is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Future Finance that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Voucher.
Any candidate who acts with regard to the Voucher in a manner, which in Future Finance’s reasonable determination, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other candidates (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Voucher, providing false or misleading information when applying the Voucher, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Future Finance and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected and excluded from receiving the Voucher at Future Finance’s sole discretion. Future Finance reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part of these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
(iii) Third parties
The Voucher and these Terms and Conditions do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
(iv) Applicable law:
The Voucher and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes. Where applicable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any such dispute must be brought individually (not as part of a class action), with recovery being limited to a claimant’s direct actual costs in relation to their participation in the Voucher (if any) with all damages or other forms of recovery being expressly waived.
