On 18th November 2022 Future Finance transferred its legal and beneficial title in respect of its customers' loan agreements to Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited.
Future Finance has written to all affected individuals to inform them of the transfer. The letter sets out the following:
- Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited has become the legal owner of their loan agreement; and
- all payments which individuals are required to make under their loan agreement are to be made directly to Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited as the party entitled to receive those payments.
The transfer does not affect individuals' rights, obligations or liabilities under their loan, nor will it have any significant effect on the day-to-day administration of their loan.
Individuals paying by direct debit, do not need to do anything further in relation to their loan agreement. Individuals not paying by direct debit, must make all future payments which they are required to make under their loan agreement directly to Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited; payment details can be found below.
Loan account holders should note that, because all of the Future Finance's rights under their loan agreement have been transferred to Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited, they will no longer be able to discharge their debt by continuing to make payments to Future Finance.
Future Finance has written to all affected individuals advising them that their loan account has been acquired by Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited. This transfer took place on 18th November 2022 and, with effect from this transfer date, all Future Finance’s rights, title, interest, and benefits in and to the Loan Agreement were assigned to Asset Link Capital (No. 9) Limited.
Additionally, on the Assignment Date Future Finance has assigned all its rights, title and interest in any guarantees or security interests provided in connection with the Loan Agreement (if any) to Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited. As a result, Future Finance no longer has any interest in your Loan Agreement.
Asset Link Capital (No.9) is now responsible for administering your loan(s) and answering any queries you might have. Therefore, going forward if you wish to discuss or have any questions in relation to your Loan Agreement, please contact Asset Link Capital (No. 9) using the contact details set out on the next page.
There will be no change to your monthly payment amount or your terms and conditions and can confirm that this transfer will not affect your rights, obligations or liabilities under your loan.

Effect of the transfer on your personal data
When you entered into your loan, you gave Future Finance certain personal data. Future Finance is committed to complying with its obligations under applicable data protection legislation.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018, each of Future Finance and Asset Link Capital (No.9) Limited will be data controllers in relation to your personal data as described above. They will process your personal data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018.
Future Finance Loan Corporation is no longer accepting loan applications for new or existing customers.
Asset Link Capital (No.9) is now responsible for administering loans and answering all loan account queries.
