If you would like to lodge a complaint you can contact us by phone, email or post and we’ll resolve any issues as quickly as we can – and keep you updated on our progress.
If you’re not satisfied with our final response, or eight week have passed since your complaint with us, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
